Charles H. Younger

Of Counsel to Price and Flowers Law Firm, P.C.Charles H. Younger is of counsel to the firm on administrative license suspension matters.

He has over thirty years experience in administrative law and public policy. He holds degrees in commerce and business administration and law from the University of Alabama. He was City Attorney of Huntsville for more than twenty-five years.He limits his practice mainly to administrative law and public policy issues.

He is counsel to numerous public corporations, including The Industrial Development Board of the City of Huntsville; The Solid Waste Disposal Authority for the City of Huntsville; The Madison County Communications District Board (911 Center); and The Huntsville and Madison County Railroad Authority.His civic activities include membership in the Huntsville Rotary Club, the Committee of 100, and the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce.He received the Distinguished Service Award of the Chamber of Commerce for service to the community in 1997.
